Ukrainian Colleagues visited Department of Forensic Medicine

On July 10, 2017 Professor of Functional and Laboratory Diagnostics of the Ternopil State Medical University, Doctor of Medicine Inna Krinitskaia and Assistant of the faculty of Medicine, candidate of Medicine Galina Gabori visited LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau. The Ukrainian guests had a study tour at the modernized Department of Forensic Medicine and got acquainted with applied methodology and researches conducted at the department. 

Levan Samkharauli Forensic National Bureau is the leader Forensic Institution across the region and is accredited by ISO/IEC17025 standards.

Forensic Experts of Tajikistan visited the Forensic National Bureau

Purkat Ganiev, Head of the Forensic Center of the Republic of Tajikistan and Director of the DNA Laboratory, and Pavrina Navrusova, the Anti-Torture Coalition Member and Advocate paid a working visit to the Department of Forensic Biology of the LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau. 

Colleagues from Tajikistan visited modernized DNA Laboratory and got acquainted with the novelties introduced in the DNA field of the Bureau.

Students Study Tour in the Bureau

LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau hosted a group of students from the Kutaisi A. Tsereteli State University. 

Head of the Forensic Chemical-Narcology Department, Malkhaz Jokhadze informed students about the forensic conduct and led the tour at the Laboratories furnished with ultra-modern equipment, where highly qualified experts carry out various forensic researches in line with the ISO/IES 17025 standard on the daily basis.

Charge daffaires of Spain visited the Bureau

On June 29, 2017 Charge d Affaires of Spain, Mr. Victor Vicente Murcia Garzón, visited LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau. 

The Charge had a tour in the Departments of Chemical-Narcology, Criminalistics, oil/fuel/petroleum products, consumer products and DNA Laboratories which are furnished by ultra-modern equipment; and got acquainted with forensic studies that are conducted in compliance with modern methods. 
The sides discussed ongoing projects and future cooperation at the meeting.
