
Mamuka Jangulashvili, Head of LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau, participated in the Annual International Virtual Conference held by ENFSI on 27 May, 2021.
At the workshop, participants discussed the developments and challenges in the forensic science field reflecting the current needs. Michael Bowans, ENFSI chair, presented the organization's 2022 Action Plan.
Since 2011, LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau has been a full member of the European Network of Forensic Institutions (ENFSI) which is the most authoritative international organization in the field of forensics. ENFSI includes 73 forensic institutions from 39 countries. ENSI full members from various countries attended the Annual International Virtual Conference.
The main goal of ENFSI is to develop the field of forensic science and ensure high quality forensic activities through the introduction of modern research methods. To this end, ENFSI regularly organizes meetings, scientific conferences and workshops for working groups in various forensics fields.
