Mr. Leri Barnabishvili, newly-appointed head of LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau, started his first working day at the Bureau by getting acquainted with Bureau staff-members and meeting with heads of departments. At the meeting, heads of departments delivered the detailed description of activities of corresponding fields of expertise and discussed future plans.
Leri Barnabishvili took over the position of Head of Bureau by order of the Prime Minister of January 10 2020.
From 2015 – till present Leri Barnabishvili held the position of Deputy Minister at Ministry of Finance of Georgia. He had various positions in the investigative branch at the Ministry of Finance for many years. In 2013-2015 he was head of the above-mentioned department.
