In August 2017, Food and Tobacco Products, Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages Examination Unit of LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau participated in international test along with 130 laboratories across the world. The test was organized by worldwide laboratory testing services Eurofins Scientific.The test aimed at identifying qualitative and quantitative content of non-pathogenic micro-organisms in children’s food. Six different micro-biology indicators were identified in three specimen. Test results were disclosed in September 2017, according to which experts of the Food and Tobacco Products, Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages Examination Unit of the Bureau have delivered accurate results. All eighteen results excelled. The experts of the Bureau have once again proved in delivering highly accurate results and maintained top positions among leading world laboratories which is resultant to highly qualified experts and ultra-modern equipment of the Bureau.
Tobacco Products, Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages Examination Unit of LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau is accredited by ISO 17025 standard.
