Purkat Ganiev, Head of the Forensic Center of the Republic of Tajikistan and Director of the DNA Laboratory, and Pavrina Navrusova, the Anti-Torture Coalition Member and Advocate paid a working visit to the Department of Forensic Biology of the LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau. Colleagues from Tajikistan visited modernized DNA Laboratory and got acquainted with the novelties introduced in the DNA field of the Bureau.
DNA Laboratory of the Department of Forensic Biology has a history of 10 years, while the DNA Laboratory of Tajikistan was founded five months ago. Head of the Department of Forensic Biology, Nino Kochiashvili shared experience with the Tajik Colleagues and expressed readiness to assist in further developing the DNA Department of the Forensic Center of the Republic of Tajikistan.
