LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau announces a Tender on Corporate Banking Service.
1. Eligibility Criteria:
1.1 Minimum 10 year of Banking experience in Georgia;
1.2 Bank must not be subjected to the liquidation, bankruptcy or sanitation;
1.3 Bank property should not be subjected to sequestration (in such occurrence, the selection committee maintains a right to disqualify the candidate based on this and other impartial factors)
2. Candidate Commercial Banks are requested to submit following supportive documents with the Tender Offer:
2.1 Statement on participating in the Tender, including requisites;
2.2 Document certifying that the bank is not undergoing a liquidation, bankruptcy and sanitation process;
2.3 Certification of the National Agency of Public Registry stating that the candidate is not subjected to legal restrictions (in such occurrence, the selection committee maintains a right to disqualify the candidate based on this and other impartial factors);
2.4 Data about offices and/or ATMs across the country, including addresses;
2.5 Document certifying 10 years of experience in Georgia.
Note: Documents required by paragraphs “2.2” and “2.3” must be issued following the Tender announcement date.
3. Obligations upon the selection:
3.1 Establishing a Billing system;
3.2 Selected candidate is obliged to place service center on the area of 10,93 square meters at the premises of Bureau’s Administrative Building: Address: 84 Chavchavadze ave, Tbilisi (the area will be provided on lease to the selected candidate. The lease will be defined by the expert in accordance to current market price (2016 lease was 200 GEL); Given frequent transactions, two operators are requested in the service center. Commission for every transaction must not exceed 1 (one) GEL.
3.3 Selected candidate must have at least one service center in the following cities: Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi.
Submitted Tender Offer must contain all supportive documents requested by the selection committee.

Note: Information about transactions made in the service center located at the Bureau and 2016 revenues will be included in the Tender documents.
Tender offer and all supportive documentation must be provided in Georgian language only and must be sealed in one envelope. Tender participants must submit Tender Offer and requested documents no later than 18:00 of April 11, 2015 at the following address: 84 Chavchavadze ave., Tbilisi
Tender offers will be opened at 11:00 on April 12, 2017 at the following address; 25 Nodar Bokhua str. Tbilisi (Department of Forensic Medicine of the LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau).
After opening Tender offers, a verbal trade will be held between the candidates and the bureau, the regulations of which is included in the Tender documentation.
