Tender Announcement
LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau announces a Tender on Corporate Banking Service.
1. Eligibility Criteria:
1.1 Minimum 10 years of banking experience in Georgia;
1.2 Bank must not be subjected to the liquidation, bankruptcy or sanitation;
2. Candidate Commercial Banks are requested to submit following supportive documents with the Tender Offer:
2.1 Statement on participating in the Tender, including requisites;
2.2 Document certifying that the bank is not undergoing a liquidation, bankruptcy and sanitation process;
2.3 Certification of the National Agency of Public Registry stating that the candidate is not subjected to legal restrictions (in such occurrence, the selection committee maintains a right to disqualify the candidate based on this and other impartial factors);
2.4 Data about offices and/or ATMs across the country, including addresses;
2.5 Document certifying 10 years of experience in Georgia (In case of changing Brand and having a service heritage under different brand will be taken into consideration).
Note: Documents required by paragraphs “2.2” and “2.3” must be issued following the Tender announcement date.
3. Obligations upon the selection:
3.1 Service Billing;
3.2 Selected candidate is obliged to place Service Center in the building of the Bureau’s Administrative Building (Address: 84 Chavchavadze ave, Tbilisi) on 10,93 square meters space (the space will be offered on lease to the commercial bank. The lease price shall be defined by respective expert of the Bureau according to existing market. Ongoing lease price is comprised of 200 GEL); Based on the frequency and amount of monthly transactions, the Service Center shall be obliged of employing two operators. Fee for each transaction should not exceed 1.00 GEL.
3.3 Selected candidate is obliged to run one service center in the following cities: Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Batumi.
Commercial Bank must submit a Tender Offer and all supportive documents requested by the selection committee in Tender Announcement Documentation.
Interested candidates will receive Tender details and all required documentation at the following address: 82 Chavchavadze ave. Tbilisi till 18:00 (6pm) of April 15, 2016.
Banking service shall be evaluated by the highest percentage of profit on current/deposit account.
Note: Provided Tender documents include all necessary details such as number of staff and 2017 payroll budget of the Bureau.
Tender offer and all supportive documentation must be provided in Georgian language only and must be sealed in one envelope. Tender participants must submit Tender Offer and requested documents no later than 18:00 of April 20, 2016 at the following address: 84 Chavchavadze ave., Tbilisi.
Tender envelopes will be opened on April 21, 2016 at 11:00 hours on 84 Chavchavadze ave.
After the submitted envelopes are opened, a verbal trade will be conducted between the Bureau and candidates, regulations of which are defined in Tender documentation.
