On June 10, 2014, LEPL Levan Samkharauli Forensic Bureau hosted a delegation of the Forensics Center of Armenia. Head of the Bureau, Mr. Giorgi Tvauri met with the Head of the Armenian Forensics Center, Mr. Mger vardanyan and introduced modernly equipped laboratories of the Bureau.Within the framework of the study visit, the Armenian colleagues visited departments of forensic engineering and forensic medicine.

Georgian colleagues met with Head of Forensic Chemical-Physics Department, Arsen Azizian, Head of Document and Handwriting Examination Department, Vage Grigorian and Chief expert of the Forensics Center, Karen Abramian. The guests were presented with the latest novelties and methods introduced at the Bureau.
The Armenian delegation will leave Tbilisi on June 11.
LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau is a leading institution in the region and since 2011 it is a full-fledged member of the European Network of Forensic Science Institutes (ENFSI). The Bureau is accredited by ISO 17025.
